Project Spotlight: September 2021

Luxury meets rustic in this custom home tucked away in Hillsborough by Corey Davis Construction.

The home's exterior combines HardiePanel® Vertical Siding, MiraTEC Trim, metal roofing from NMB, Landmark Moire Black shingles by CertainTeed, and an abundance of stone. The slightly sweeping rooflines and corbel brackets add to the uniqueness of the home's exterior.

As you enter through the DSA Mahogany door, you'll notice the custom arched casing by CurveMakers. These arched casings continue throughout the home and pair well with the moulding from ECMD and the interior Caimen style doors by NSM. We especially love the cedar beams in the kitchen from BlueLinx - a genuinely rustic feature!

You will notice an abundance of natural light throughout the home illuminated by the many Marvin Ultimate Clad windows, allowing you to view the property's surroundings effortlessly. We admire the repeated curves throughout, such as the arched windows, coordinating with the casing. You can readily access the screened-in porch or spacious stone patio area through the Marvin sliding patio doors.

We adore the rustic-themed outdoor living area, a great spot to enjoy and entertain year-round. Finally, a hidden gem upstairs - a replica of the Roy Williams Court at UNC. A unique feature that we are sure some of you either admire or loathe depending on your favorite ACC team 😉. Either way, it's a truly remarkable space.

Other Features:
Schlage Locks
Primed Poplar Trim from ECMD
Exterior Doors from Tucker Door & Trim
Fiberglass Columns from Arndt & Herman
