Dear Kelly: I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for your help and professionalism in helping get our window replaced. You could have sent me away because the original window was not purchased from Talberts but you did not. You did something that is pretty rare these days and that is provided excellent customer service. I would like to thank Talbert's for the wonderful support and service you offered during our recent house renovation. Specifically, I would like to thank Kelly Gordon for his expert advice on our windows. We had some ideas on the type/brand of windows we thought we wanted for the house. Kelly asked if we were open to any other options. Fortunately, we let Kelly show us the features of various window brands. In the end, we decided on Marvin windows - considering the amount of window surface in our house (relaced thirteen 8' x8' openings and added additional windows), this was the best decision we made. The contractor commented on the rigidity of our triple window sets and he felt they were the best windows he had ever installed. Throughout the process, Kelly Gordon visited the site and worked with us to modify and adjust the window configurations. Kelly Gordon was knowledgeable, professional and prompt throughout the renovation. We have recommended Kelly Gordon, Talbert's and Marvin windows to countless people since our project. Recently, Jon with Talbert's was out to make a few adjustments and service some of the windows. As with all of our experiences with Talbert's, Jon was punctual, professional and knowledgeable.
